It was a pleasure to work with Diane during our recent experience searching for a new home. Diane took us on several weekends to look at many homes that were in line with what we were hoping to find. From the day we met Diane, we knew she would be the right agent for us. For our first meeting she arrived with her marketing pitch book, comparables, and took pictures of our home so that she could prepare a ‘what to do’ guide to help us list and sell our house. We had a very complicated transaction for many reasons, all outside of Diane’s control… Yet Diane was cheerful, professional, supportive and incredible to work with every step of the way. We received an offer almost immediately after marketing the house and closed last week and I have to say I couldn’t have felt like we were in better hands. As a first time home buyer, I was very cautious and even a bit skeptical of the few real estate agents I worked with, until I met Diane. Diane put my mind at ease immediately as we started to see some of the homes she thought would be a good fit for me. She’s a great listener and has a natural “knack” for weeding through the hundreds of listings to get to the few that meet my criteria. She responds very quickly to all communications and has a consultative approach to the whole process rather than a pushy one. Overall, I would recommend working with Diane without reservation.

She will go above and beyond to ensure you see the right homes and help to find exactly what you are looking for.
