I have moved 4 times in my life. This most recent move with 3 little kids, and Diane Tyrrell was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Where do I begin?? There really are no words that can accurately describe how amazing she is.

It started with a phone call just to tell her we were talking about selling our house in Danbury, CT. Diane came right over within a day or two to look at the house. As we walked from room to room, she gave me positive and helpful feedback. A day later she came back with a bound book that had pictures of every room in our house with notes and arrows, outlining what we needed to do in each room. It was what I called, “The Moving For Dummies Book.” That was my bible for the next few months, as we got our house ready to list. Throughout that process, Diane checked in regularly to see what progress we had made.

Side note…Diane’s photographer took the most amazing pictures of the inside and outside of our house, which I believe helped to get the traffic it was getting. Everyone she recommended and used throughout this process was amazing as well. Her connections are truly impressive. I have to mention the mortgage company, Prime lending, because they made that part of the process seamless as well. Also referred by Diane.

We listed the house in early February on a Thursday. That weekend we had around 10 showings and it never slowed down after that. A lot of the feedback we got, included a compliment to how spot on Diane priced our house. The Tuesday following that first weekend we had two offers on our house. It was sold…in three days. I know that Diane’s effortless work, talking to other realtors, etc. was the reason we had so many showings and the reason we sold our house so quickly.

The other side of this process…trying to find our dream house, happened pretty quickly as well. Diane listened to what we wanted and only showed us houses that fit that criteria. She did not waste any of our time. I loved how flexible she was with us when showing us houses. Our schedule is so busy with 3 kids playing sports, but she always made herself available. She even met me on my lunch break one day with no notice. I felt like she wanted me to find a house just as bad as I wanted to find a house. She cared so much about me and my family!!

I’m making this process sound like a dream, but as you know there are two sides to every story. We had a very difficult time with ALL the people involved with the house we wanted to buy. There were bumps in that road every other week. Big Bumps. I can’t tell you how many times Diane had to go to bat for us. If it wasn’t for her and the way she dealt with the other realtor, we would not have this house. She saw us fall in love with the house the minute we walked into it, and when we had problems with it, she cared just as much as we did. Diane is a pit bull and she fought for us every step of the way. When I needed to be reassured she was always there to make me feel better.

I hope this at least touched on how amazing Diane is. It’s hard to put into words how much she did for us at such an important time in our lives. I trusted her from day 1. In my opinion, there is no other realtor like Diane Tyrrell. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Wow. There is not enough room to describe the amazing experience we had with Diane Tyrrell as our real estate agent. The process started with a casual conversation without any pressure to take the next steps to list our house or buy a new one. When we did finally commit, we knew why Diane comes so highly recommended. She worked tirelessly, day and night, to move through the process. She made herself available by phone, email, and text so when we had a question or if she found something we might like, communication was instant. We looked at a few houses we identified and after that, she sat with us and helped us to pinpoint exactly what we wanted (trust me, it was a process because we are super picky) and let her do the looking. True to form, she found the house we bought in less than a week! Diane scoured the listings, knew we would love the house and got us to be the first showing and consequently the first offer. The house was on the market only 2 days before our offer was accepted. As you can probably imagine by now, Diane walked us through the entire process right though closing today, step by step, with the utmost patience and professionalism. And on the selling of our house (I don’t want to bore you with every detail but trust me when I say she is meticulous and relentless), from the day it was listed for sale on a Thursday, we had 10 showings by the next Monday, and were under contract within a week and a half! We cannot say enough amazing things about Diane Tyrrell. It just doesn’t get any better than her.
